If you’re coming to swim in the dead sea, this hotel might be a good choice for you; as It is very close to the sea and has a private beach. I think this hotel is more suitable for families with kids and older people but not for adults.
Our room was fine. It had a nice view from the 9th floor. The staff was helpful.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary and the hotel upgraded our room and added a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room

Comfortable beds. Great breakfast, with lots of selection.

The facility was very close to the beach front, also close to shopping places. The surrounding area is quiet and visitor friendly
The pathway to the sea, compared to 3 years ago experience, was a little rough and unusually filled with too much salt residues.
The inside SPA at the Oasis was perfect to experience the sea water and more
The array of various foods to eat for breakfast and dinner could hardly be matched

Ein Bokek is easy accessible by public transportation.
Ein Bokek is easy accessible by public transportation. It is located along the cost of Dead Sea,has many comfortable hotels to stay.
It has nice beaches. Costal area is newly rebuilt. Has separated lines for bikers or wakers.
It is easy to make day trips, or tours to historical sights beautiful cities, vineyards, zoos from here.
Here is a Shopping mall with some top European and US brands, nice cafes, delicious bakeries.
Jewelry store is located in David hotel. It is high quality designer jewelry. I love silver, never left empty handed.
Dead sea cosmetic, probably the most noticeable attraction of this place. All brands and varieties, may be found in many stores, or tasted in spas.
I love this place, hope to visit again

Very quiet and relaxed place.
Very quiet and relaxed place. Close to visit other areas such as Masada national park or Ein Gedi by car, taxi or bus.
Not many options of places to eat outside of hotel and it is a place literally to relax so do not expect a nightlife as not what the area is about.

This is the Dead Sea, hot sea water, coarse salt sea floor and HOT. A cool day is 35 C, so you need a hat, water, sunscreen/sun block and foot protection if your feet are sensitive.
Get a half meal plan, you can easily get by with lunch and dinner.
Mix sea fun with pool time.

It's an incredibly beautiful place, the views are magnificent. It's almost a spiritual experience.
It's very hot so you need to have water with you at all times and always cover your head. The heat is coming from everywhere so it's easy to get a heat stroke.
If you want to go hiking, always look for hike trails and don't go into the desert if you don't know what you're doing - you can get lost and there are wild animals (like ibexes and leopards).
If you go into the Dead Sea, always listen to the instructions - float on your back only and don't put your head under water.
There are direct busses to Ein Gedi and Masada - both worth visiting.
Buying bus tickets can be confusing as you can't pay cash - you need a Rav-Kav card which you can charge with your credit card in many ATMs, the card itself costs ₪5 (I think it can only be bought in their offices, we bought it at the bus station in Arad). I believe there's also an option to buy tickets through Moovit app (I haven't tried it myself, I've only used it for checking the routes and bus numbers).

At the hotel, the breakfast was very good.
At the hotel, the breakfast was very good. Lots and lots of food and a great variety. I loved the cheese cake!
For lunch or supper I would go to the Aroma in the small mall opposite the hotel. They have excellent service, a variety of salads and sandwiches to sit down or take away and great coffee. There is also the big new mall nearby and a variety of shops, kiosks and stalls next to it with minimarkets, fast food and sit down places to eat, fashion shops, shoe shops, cosmetic products of the Dead sea and more.
It is easy to get around Ein Bokek. Most things are nearby. You don't have to walk far to get from one place to another. But a car would be handy if you would want to get from the North end to the South! e.g. if you stay in a North hotel and want to get to the South end where there are separate bathing facilities for the religious at Hamei Zohar near the Leonardo club hotel. I think there is a bus service, but I don't know the frequency of it. In addition, the hotels can call a taxi or shuttle service for you.
The breakfast was very good. I also enjoyed the location. We came down for the Dead Sea Marathon and despite the hotel being the furthest from the start, it was a short walk and convenient to the Dead Sea Mall and the Dead Sea Beaches.
The outdoor pool was closed (and we knew that going into the reservation) and would probably be very beautiful in the summer or during pool season. It had also had a slide for kids. So during season, I would probably give the pool a good review as well.
Highly recommended hotel! Loved the location, right at the beach. Beautiful, luxurious rooms with marble bathrooms and nice balcony; small but very nice. Great variation of high quality food for dinner and breakfast. Beautiful views over the Dead Sea. Friendly personnel. Overall - a very worthy stay!
Breakfast was plentiful but mostly mediocre. Coffee machine did not work.
Best feature: package of 2 body creams and a mudbath given as we went to the Dead Sea. Hotel has access to soak in Herrod’s Hotel’s warmed salt pools. Crowded but a good way to experience buoyancy when it’s too cold outside.
We enjoyed every time we stay in this hotel but the last time they turned off our air condition 3 hours before our check out it was unusual, we love the breakfast so many choices and even the dinner is really worth it the price. We really recommend this hotel this is my favorite hotel in Ein Bokek...
A very relaxing, clean hotel right across the street from the Dead Sea. Breakfast and dinner were good, a big variety of options. It was our first time on the Dead Sea, and we absolutely loved it, it's a very cool experience. The beach was very comfortable, well maintained and nicely equipped.
Breakfast was a buffet feast, included anything one could imagine a breakfast should. The view over the Dead Sea was dreamlike both at sunset and sunrise. The hotel is perfectly situated at the beach and the facilities were exceptional. We will return
Well, it's by the Dead Sea beach, so that's good. It's easy to find, and near the shops. I guess the breakfast was okay, though even then there was an immense queue for coffee...
The spa was okay though not large enough for the hotel.
Lovely hotel, beach 30 seconds from hotel lobby, nice pool, great bar area you can drink on the terrace overlooking the pool, breakfast and dinner buffet both good, has a spa, and Sulphur and Dead Sea pools next to the swimming pool.
Every single staff member was friendly and helpful from the clearers in the dining room to the shift manager and everything in between. The hotel had a dedicated service for Booking customers and we were upgraded on the second day.
Best hotel in the Israel side of the Dead Sea, definitely
It's not cheap, but worth it
Amazing location, the best beach, not crowded.
The amount of salt in water close to the hotel is higher than in other areas.
Enjoy
The location was good, easy to park right outside the hotel. Staff were hard-working, friendly, and helpful. Great views across the Dead Sea. Rooms were a good size and complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch.
There was an outgoing construction just in front of our balcony and the staff refused to give us another room, because as they said the hotel was fully booked. Very overpriced hotel, like most of them in Israel
The hotel is located between two mountains, so at sunset the beach in front of it remains lit the longest. The hotel pool area was very nice, as was the breakfast with plenty of Israeli dishes to try.
Great room, beautiful view. Super easy access to bathe in dead sea and lie on beach right out of the hotel. Very friendly staff. Food was high quality.
