I've stayed at the Crowne Plaza a few times before. It's very convenient when flying out from Milan Malpensa airport. Its pluses are the shuttle service, the great restaurant for lunch and dinner, the best value buffet breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms and very helpful staff.
