The location in the historic centre is good. The hotel is close to everything. It was quiet there most of the nights. The breakfast was decent. The bed was OK. Could have been better, could have been worse.

Pedestrian streets make strolling around very pleasant.
Pedestrian streets make strolling around very pleasant. Many churches worth visiting with the Duomo an outstanding baroque gem. Good restaurants and easy transport connections with Milan, Lake Como and Lecco and Bergamo. A day out in Varenna is worth considering - on the railway line from Monza and connected by ferry with Bellagio, Menaggio and Cadenabbia.

Monza is such a beautiful city!
Monza is such a beautiful city! We didn't expect it to be this big. There is so much to see there. We were quite surprised that the Autodromo di Monza is free to visit (you can walk through the tribunes but not the actual race course).
Downtown Monza is very historical with many shops. We also managed to be there at the time of the Saturday Market which was a great experience as well.
The people there are also incredibly friendly and helpful.

Excellant location for the Monza F1 Track but you will need...
Excellant location for the Monza F1 Track but you will need to get a taxi from this hotel unless you are prepared to walk 3/4 of an hour then you will need to walk to get to your seats within the track. Loved the town, it was better than we anticipated for choice of bars/restaurants. Beautiful shopping and even has its own cathedral. We loved San Paolo Piazza but I expect there is so much more to explore. The Train station is within easy walking (20mins) which will get you to Milan in 15mins.
We previously lived in Monza and stayed here then and again most recently in Dec ‘22. Fabulous location in central Monza with nice sized rooms and amenities. Great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Staff are very nice. It’s eclectic in that you enter and exit throufh restaurant which to me and my family was part of the fun vibe but may not appeal to all if looking for a more traditional hotel experience. Highly recommend as a special place with very good value.
Closeness to the city Centre as well to Monza circuit. Clean and very friendly English speaking owner . Excellent breakfast in a coffee house nearby .
Taxi to the Monza circuit within 10 min even due to the race days.
It is a perfect place for Monza night life. Monza studio is placed on a very quiet street but behind the corner a very lively atmosphere .
Parking place in a municipal parking place, close to the hotel.
Highly recommend this place😀
We like everything.the hotel is really a safe, good spot and very accessible to shopping areas, restaurants &coffee shops.when it comes to our room, it is really spacious, well ventilated, very neat and clean.more than what I expected.Flavio and Pol were truly very accomodating and friendly to us during our stay.We definitely recommend this hotel to our friends who wants to stay in outskirt of Milan City far from crowded & busy place.
Th Hotel was as great value and the Staff cannot do enough for you
If your going to Monza F1 it's a 45min walk to the paddock
There's a shopping centre next door with food outlets including Burger King, Tex Mex food / bar and a great coffee/patisserie which also does evening food pasta etc
There's also a super market plus ATM
The 203 and 205 buses drop off 5min walk from the hotel from Monza train station
The location is great right between the railway station and the old town, which in Italy unfortunately means a bit shady streets. Sound isolation is fairly good but if you're sensitive to noise of trains passing by, you might want to have ear plugs with you. The room and bathroom were spacious. Buffet breakfast was delicious and filling with plenty of choice (rather exceptional in Italy) and high quality.
A jewel in the center of Monza. Villa Tosati is exceptional. A beautiful villa, with decor that reflects the refined Milanese design style. The rooms and bathrooms are very large and spotlessly clean. The hosts, Barbara and Luca, are welcoming and attentive. Staying at Villa Tosati is a "soggiorno da veri signori!"
Everything. Very friendly and helpful owner. Clean room and comfortable bed. Great super clean shower with a powerful showerhead. Breakfast was amazing. I eat gluten free and there was so much choice for me. Close to the huge Monza park. I walked to the Monza race track and around the old Parabolico course.
It is right across the busstop with a direct route to Monza centre.
It was comfortably big for three people with the garden. One bed in the bedroom and one couch that transforms into a two person bed.
One of my favorite things is cleanliness and that was this appartment defenitely!
We would come back!
The hotel is well located , less than 5 minutes walking from Monza train station. The room is clean and comfy. Make sure to communicate with the hotel hostess before reaching the hotel so she can open the door for you since the hotel is on the 1st floor and the main entrance is always locked.
I am coming to this hotel since 20 years and it never fails to impress, Outstanding service and friendliness of personnel, the rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Restaurant Derby Grill perfect for business dinners. Best breakfast I had on my travels so far.
We loved the voucher for the breakfast at the cafe next door. The food and coffee were very good! I liked how you could use the voucher anytime (not just morning). The location of the hotel was amazing!! It was perfectly situated in a beautiful and central part of Monza.
Very clean and comfortable. You could find everything you may need, almost like home. Very nice location for just jump in the train for some of the famous destination around and in the same time in walking distance to the charming Monza old town.
Very nice place to stay for more days. Quite, clean and well equipped apartment. Location perfect, next to the Monza Park. The owner is very open and friendly. Underground private parking was available, very positive when is the hot days.
This hotel is a good place to stay for one night between Milan and Lake Como.
The room is clean even if the furniture are a bit old.
It is not a luxury place but really ok for one night and close to Monza city center.
A very comfortable and modern hotel. We stayed here during a long drive through Italy. The staff are very professional and friendly. The bar was very nice to relax in and the restaurant had very tasty food.
The best apartment for this price I've ever had. Exceptional apartment, huge size, full kitchen, nice staff.
25 minutes of walking to Downtown Monza, free street parking
