I never expected such a peaceful place.
I never expected such a peaceful place. Beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, Fish restaurant i eat in was La Giara in the harbour which was over the top seafood plus owner offered us free cocktails all for the price of 60 euros for a couple. Portopalo is well located for day trips to Noto, Modico etc and beach clubs. small very quiet town close to the very popular Marzamemi. The town itself is not that pretty or interesting and is fairly closed in without a central square .

The rooms are unique and spacious, comfortable and most importantly spotless! The decor was quirky and full of personality. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Breakfast was generous and filled with a variety of choices for everyone. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an easy and clean place to stay in the area.

Location is very comfortable, you are in center of the village, everything is at few steps from you. Having dinner at the hotel restaurant is very very much appreciated, quality and taste are superb, and there is really value for money. If nothing changes, this remains one of themes interesting spots in Portogallo
