Very helpful staff, language barrier at the beginning but tried to understand each other on day 2. Offered coffee & tea at the end of the night. Large room & bed for 1 person, I was out all day/night so really a place to shower & sleep which suited me. Having air con in the room was great. Overall suited my needs & good place to rest up at the end of the day & great staff who would look after you. I would go back if on my own.

Great hospitality! I stayed here for 5 nights, hotel is very closed to Abdali Boulevard and mall, by walk you can reach in less than 10 minutes to both locations. Many restaurants are located near by with local as well international cuisines. - I was amazed by all the staff, how courteous and helpful they were, special thanks to Mohammad at the front desk who escorted me to the room, explained me all the facilities available. - Areen from Guest relations had a great smiles and she was super helpful and keeps on checking if I need anything and to see if I am comfortable in my room. - Ziyad at the room service and during the breakfast was super friendly. Also Mahmoud at the concierge was super friendly and used to talk to me every time I go out or come back to the hotel. - Finally the man of the show, Timor the front office manager was very super friendly and supportive, I was upgraded to the next room category and he was super kind to accept my late check out request (without any charge). - I received message from the GM and it's great to see that the GM also gets involved personally to check if hotel is meeting the guest expectations and making sure that they exceed the guest expectations which is also rare to see sometimes.
