Great hotel in a fantastic location ! Room was great , the standard room we had in our middle stay (we came back here 3 times between travels around Japan) had a washing machine which was great , be aware if you book the economy standard no washing machine 😐
This hotel is in the delightful Yoga area on the Den-en-toshi train line , Yoga station is directly under the hotel , 5 stops and you are in Shibuya where you connect to many other lines and the Narita express ! Local shopping area just outside the hotel is fabulous with supermarkets,convenience stores , pharmacy , restaurants and a fabulous patisserie called Flora about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Free coffee machine in the hotel lobby topped it all off ! Hotel staff were always so friendly and helpful! Highly recommended stay , we will certainly be back

I had to go to Tokyo for 2 days and stayed at this hotel for one night.
The place was very clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and nice. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe with the double lock and the flashlight in the room. Additionally, the hairdryer was top-notch, which is rare in many hotels. Area is quiet and peaceful, with plenty of shops to explore.
Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and secure stay!

Location was perfect (easy to get to from Narita airport, well linked to central neighbourhoods in Tokyo such as Shibuya and Shinjuku, which are themselves great transport hubs, and easy to get to Hakone). Our room was spacious and quiet , and we slept really well. The staff was lovely and super helpful with things like luggage forwarding. We would definitely recommend or stay there again.
