We stayed one night after landed in Osaka late at night. The place was comfortable and got everything you needed. They even got a convenient shop inside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Because we couldn't speak Japanese, we asked one of the ladies from the front desk who can speak Mandarin helped us to contact our next accommodation.
Supermarket and convenient stores are within walking distance. Train station is 15/20 minutes away but easy to walk to if you don't have too many luggage.

Staff were friendly and great location for the airport. Just one direct train gets you there easily. We didn't have time to use the public bath but it looked clean and lovely - if we ever need an airport hotel again we would come back in time to use it!!! Loads of manga and comfy seating areas too. Lovely hotel.
