The staff do try hard, but are not very well trained e.g in getting a taxi. I don't think the towel or bedsheets or quilt cover was clean because I itched. My skin is very sensitive to things unclean. When asking for extras or clean sheets, the staff showed a less than willing attitude to help. There were excuses offered. The location was the greatest thing about this hotel, within walking distance of great eateries. Use this hotel if location is very important, but expect average quality and average service only.

I came here to hike Gunung Pulai and stay a night. A few places I went to for my meals and they are superb. I find the people at the hotel I stay in and the folks I met when hiking Gunung Pulai to be so friendly and helpful.

Great location for the airport and for shopping at Johor Premium Outlet. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is huge so expect to see maintenance but that is a good thing. Do be sure to ask for a plug in mosquito repellent or simply bring your own. The proximity to the golf course and it’s water hazards is a great environment but of course it also attracts mosquitoes. Nice lightning control leading to nice deep sleep. Great staff support as I had a noisy bunch of youngsters next door making loud noises, and I sent a message to customer service, and they rectified it immediately by requesting our neighbor to lower down their volume as it was already late at 12am and noticeably we had a peaceful sleep thereafter.
