The first night we stayed in a family room. Spacious, very comfortable & clean. Through no fault of the hotel (it was then fully booked) we had to move to a small double room (which I would not recommend as it is small) and the bed is a double. Great breakfast .. plenty to choose from. The staff were all very friendly. There is a laundry room with a washing machine & dryer.

Lund was basically a college town, and very old college town. Lund University was established in 1666, one of the oldest and most prestigious Universities in Nordic Europe. Lund is a very cozy town, with three Systembolaget (only place we can buy wines).
The headquarters building of the university was gorgeously beautiful. The Faculty of Sociology of Law (independent from the Faculty of Law) accpets ca. 400 students every year. One of the must-visit places is the Lunds Domkyrka (Cathedral), which was build in 1145. Every place is within walking distance from the Central Station.
Lund is about 40 minute-train-ride from the Copenhagen Airport and 10 minute-ride from Malmo. Malmo is also one of the cozy town you must visit and enjoy (a little larger and more modernaized than Lund).

Lund is a pretty medieval city with a lot of history.
Lund is a pretty medieval city with a lot of history. I was inly there for less than a day, so bot a lot of detail, but:
- the domkyrka is worth seeing (special mention of the crypt and the astronomical clock)
- Kulturen is very well presented - it's a sgame i didn't gave time to see the outdoor part
- the botanical garden is very nice
- food-wise: I recommend Saluhallen and Broder Jakobs Bakery in Klostergatan, and I also enjoyed the salad i got from Waynes Coffee
I would not recommend visiting Lund on a Sunday afternoon, though- a lot of interesting places will be closed.
Lund is quite walkable and has good bike paths.

Nice cozy town to walk around, even in wintertime.
Nice cozy town to walk around, even in wintertime. In the spring, however, everything blooms, and it's even more charming. Visit Sankt Hans Backar for an overview of the city and don't miss the botanical gardens. When you get tired you can relax and enjoy Swedish fika in one of the many cafes or pastry shops.

A very modern hotel, superb 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette and washing machine, which wasn’t expected. Lovely and quiet and great breakfast selection every morning. Fantastic location, easily accessible from dual carriageway, yet only 5 mins walk into town. Very regular bus service into Lund from right outside the hotel.
Very nice and quiet room in a comfortable villa. It is a family-styled small hotel with just a few rooms. Breakfast included with more than satisfactory selection of food, good location on a quiet street with good access to public transport and Lund Central station is less than 5 minutes walk. Value for money is pretty good.
Yes, the furniture is old, but perfectly functional. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the whole hotel had a cozy and laid-back vibe that I really loved. The staff was very polite and attentive to all of my requests. Also, the breakfast was amazing! Overall, a great value-for-money option in Lund.
Friendly ambience
This hotel is in a great location
There is tea and coffee available in reception all day which is a bonus
The area is so convenient for the shops and the beautiful Lund central area
The supermarket is particularly good with really great staff and excellent service
Excellent location in the heart of Lund! everything you need is just a few steps away including the train station. The hotel itself is cozy, I had one of the garden rooms and it was very pleasant and very clean. Really appreciated the espresso machine in the common area.
It was a very basic room, but everything that was there was in good working order. But this is a hotel in Sweden, so there was art that straddled the line between chic and blasé and designer wooden knobs on the wall for hanging things (seriously). The shower was great.
This was my third stay at Hotell Oskar. I love this hotel, it's very cute and cozy. I always try to book one of their garden rooms, and the garden is beautiful at this time of year. Breakfast at the nearby cafe is always super nice, among the best I've had in Sweden!
The apartment (#3) was clean and comfortable, ideal for a solo traveler! The city center is walking distance and only 5 minutes by bike. Charlotta was very helpful throughout my stay. Definitely recommend for a nice stay in Lund.
Well designed and all around beautiful room. The location was great as well, just a short walk to the Botanical Garden. The host was very helpful and told us which places to visit, as it was our first time in Sweden (thank you:))
Perfect little house in the center of Lund, 5 min to trains for Stockholm or Copenhagen, lovely and warm place in modern structure in a little house in an old Swedish garden. Come and see and you will love it.
Very good stay, we only stayed one night and it was very good. I wish to return soon and stay at the same hotel, I wanted to say that we were very well received. We will definitely go back there!
Spacious rooms, clean and fresh beddings, close to bus stations although it's pretty walkable from Lund centrum, staff are very friendly, they have a good spread on their breakfast buffet.
It's a nice city hotel right in the center of Lund, close to the botanical garden. The room is spacious, with a small kitchenette as well. The bathroom is decent with a nice shower.
The single room seemed small at first but the layout was just right. Breakfast and dinner included. The hotel is closed to a park, and walking distance to grocery stores.
The breakfast was excellent. We could use the hotel's bicycles free of charge and you can reach almost everything in a short time with them. The staff was very friendly.
