Spent ten hours driving, booked this specific hotel because it said it had a restaurant and bar. We showed up an hour and a half before they we’re supposed to be closing. They turned us away. Then we wake up and there is no breakfast, coffee or anything else that was mentioned in the adds.

They discriminated against my service animal and the overnight desk lady is unprofessional and very unaware of such esa/service animals. They made me keep my service animal in the car or cancel my (non-refundable) room. The manager was understanding when I called but everyone who has service animals or esa for ptsd BE AWARE, because they will discriminate and take away your animals rights. My siblings ended up getting their refund as they paid cash and went to another hotel ! I stayed there due to my card being used for the room instead of cash!

Friendly caring staff. Facilities clean and well maintained. Greeted upon arrival and thanked for our patronage upon departure. We were also asked what they could have done to make our stay better. Late night overnight front desk womam was great. The older lady that check us in was rude, condescending and horrible customer service rep. She makes you want to turn around and leave. This means the check-in person was very professional, the rooms have always been up to par and the check-out person was very respectful. I have been coming to this hotel for the last 4 weekends due to business purposes in the area. I only use the hotel to rest. It has truly served the purpose for me and I have recommended it to others in my group. It's very convenient to the amenities in the area.
