Lovely, amazing Highlands in Scotland we never forget it and we definitely come back.

Pittodrie House is één van de meest historische hotels in Schotland met torentjes en wenteltrappen. Het ligt op ruim 970 hectare grond, op slechts 30 minuten rijden van Aberdeen. We were very impressed! All the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. This is a delightful old Scottish Manor, kept in very good condition and clean. After many stairs and long hallways befitting an old manor, we found our room. A huge corner room with beautiful views of the gardens. We even had a nice big bathtub which was a real treat after a day and a half of air travel to get to Aberdeen. Dinner was excellent and the restaurant has an intimate romantic atmosphere with a lovely view of the expansive grounds. Breakfast was the full Scottish fare, again looking out onto the surrounding green meadows. It’s in a perfect location especially if arriving late afternoon in Aberdeen, only a 1/2 hour from the airport. We couldn’t have asked for better!
