Pitlochry Golf Course is a 2-minute drive away and Perth can be reached in 30 minutes’ drive. The lodge is beautiful, well located and well maintained. The staff is unbelievably kind, we were kindly supported for any need or requests, and was offered more then expected. It felt like home away from home.

There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Absolutely every detail of our stay at Burnside Cottage exceed our expectations. The cottage was spectacular, the grounds were gorgeous, and the staff communicated with us exceptionally well at all phases of our trip.

Housed in a building dating from 2019, this country house is 8 km from Inverness Museum and Art Gallery and 15 km from Culloden Battlefield. Amazing and welcoming host, brand new building. Room was super comfy. Great Scottish breakfast. Would visit again anytime.

The holiday homes have 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a washing machine, and a minimum of 1 bathroom with a bath. Very peaceful. Well equipped cottage.

Boasting lake views, Retreat at The Knowe Auchincruive Estate provides accommodation with patio, around 4.7 km from Ayr Racecourse. The property has river and garden views. The bed and breakfast also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Again a perfect 10 for all the right reasons: 1 Communications with host Ann(ie) was clear and prompt to get us to the right place at the right time. 2 The Estate is clearly visible from the road, but not close to the road: nice and quiet. 3 Enough and good parking places on the premisses. 4 The estate does not look very big for the outside but surely is! It has been transformed from a former separate house for preparing for hunting, to a stylish modern villa, with a tea terrace in a huge tree behind the house. 5 Annie took great care in decorating each room and terrace - each room had its own - with great care for consistent style. She loves tigers and in pictures and statues the animals are omnipresent; not the real ones by the way. 6 The kitchen is enormous, yet cosy and beautiful, very clean and great for having breakfast. 7 The garden is well maintained. 8 The bathroom is private and immaculate with thick towels 9 Excellent bed, beautiful and comfortable linnens 10 Across the street - less than a minute away - is de the Burns-Wallace memorial: a pile of stones near the river, just a modest staircase away, easy accessible, with poetry on the pile. 'Worth the detour'! What stands out most is Annies hospitality. With a nice Scottish touch, she is full of stories, advice for day visits, and prepares and serves breakfast the way you wish. For the cereal lover, at least 10 varieties. We choose eggs and croissants with coffee (and tested several cereals). Nothing is a problem for her. She showed us around in her beautiful Estate of which she is really proud, for obvious reasons. This is what we wanted and got plenty of it.

It is located 8.8 km from Newtonmore Golf Club and provides luggage storage space. The guest house also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Everything. The house and surrounding area is stunning. The owners make everyone so welcome. The food is amazing. Our third stay and most definitely not our last.

Fishing, cycling and walking facilities are available nearby. Our warm, hospitable hosts made us feel welcome and at home. Our room and the house were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The expansive garden and the sweeping views from the house were gorgeous. Great breakfast, and the fire in the hearth every evening and morning was cozy. Loved our time there and hope to return. Highly recommend!
