We were delighted by the kindness and help from the staff. My wife has a disability, and the staff went out of their way to help choose an apartment that was suitable for her needs. We travel to Alexandra Heads at least once a year, and will definitely be booking with the Grand Palais again. We will also recommend it to friends and family.

The apartment is cleverly designed to maximise the views. The spacious bathroom was well appointed and had great lighting over the basin.
