We were blown away by Terminus, which more than exceeded our expectations. The location is second to none - right across the road from the old Newcastle Station with its abundance of coffee shops, boutiques, and market stalls. It's also within walking distance of a number of pubs, Newcastle Beach, and multiple Light Rail stations. The room was large and comfortable, with modern conveniences and all you'd need for an extended stay. We particularly liked the balcony with a view of the city, the big bed, and the small touches such as a welcome bag of snacks and the way housekeeping decorated our bed to make it look like our daughter's stuffed animal was reading books. The front desk staff were always warm and courteous too. We've already booked a return trip next month!

Very nice little room, friendly staff, pub below serves nice food, with an Ethiopian restaurant next door. We tried both and were impressed. Room is comfortable with everything you could want and was very clean. Walking distance to the beach and the memorial walk.

Me mandaron la dirección de donde tenía que ir pero me equivoqué, y llegué a otra de las estancias de la empresa. Llegué después de las 8pm (que se considera cerrado el lugar). Llamé al número que tenía de contacto, y un chico muy amable me lo arregló todo en 2 minutos, y me dió un código para entrar en una nueva habitación. Supongo que tuve suerte de que tuvieran habitaciones disponibles, pero su "modus operanding" en esta dificultad estuvo muy bien resuelta.
