I appreciated that even though I made a last minute booking a few minutes before arrival, all due to cancellation from my previous choice of accommodation. I was stressed, just flew into the country it was late (11pm) , But the Grand hotel managed to provide my family and I, an accommodation, What was once a stressful situation because stress free, the staffs where very nice and very helpfully.
