Everything was GREAT! The room is lovely and super comfortable, the shower is amazing, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. Specially the scrambled eggs! Also the staff was super nice, and the snacks at the reception were a total blessing. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to Sao Paulo.

Only the restaurant should have one (Menu) for guest, and other one for the outside visitors, because the price was a little bit high. As a guest, we like to take vantage comparing to non guest persons.

Staff, breakfast and location I had wrongly booked the room for the following day, and I realised after the receptionist told me so. He offered me what seemed to be the only room left. I paid over 300,00 for a room with no windows but I accepted I got the date wrong. So cannot complain.
