The breakfast was really lovely, I was the only guest so it was made to order. Delicious! They also packed me fruit and cake as a afternoon meal, gave me an umbrella and even mailed my postcards for me! I really enjoyed the lavender essential oil soap in the room as well. 11 out of 10 points from me.

Situated in downtown Niagara Falls, within walking distance to many main attractions, this adults-only bed and breakfast features cosy accommodations in a quiet residential environment and free WiFi access throughout.

The host, Vindhya, was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. We keep Kosher and she let us have our breakfast our way, and assisted in all that she could. The breakfast was excellent. Our executive apartment was private, clean, pleasant, with its own driveway, and a wonderful place to stay (with a fully equipped and functioning kitchen). The hosts were also very helpful with information on what to see and visit.

The location was great. It was a few minutes walk from the GO station and about a 10 minute walk to the falls. The room was bright and big. The draw back is that there was no breakfast served.

It's an "OK" place. They had what I was looking for and needed: a bed, bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, hot water, wi-fi, great location. Relatively safe. No loud noises. I wasn't expecting luxury, but if you're a very critical person, the "designer type", you'll find many "wrong design, wrong room & bathroom configuration choices" in the bathroom and bedroom. If you're not that type, then you'll be just fine. I'd stay again in the future.

Everything about this B&B was designed with the customer in mind. It was beautifully presented with comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast, consisting of fruit, toast, yoghurt and a mix of hot breakfast foods, such as sausage, bacon and eggs. The best two things about it were finding a place that had a proper inter-connecting family room with 3 beds and the hosts who were so lovely and really wanted to make sure you enjoyed your stay. It was a 20 to 30 minute walk to the falls but there was also a bus which stops right outside.

Shaznapreet made our room very lovely with the petals, tea lights, and swan design on our bed. The complimentary wine was amazing gift from the hotel. It was a nice surprise to once we checked into our room. Very happy with our stay.

Location was great but the interior design is outdated. The bathroom door was squeaking and the elevator was so slow, the supplied coffee and shampoos are good for 1 day only. We called the front desk for extra and she said they will send staff to go up but never did. Was very disappointed since we rented 2 rooms. 2108 and 2109!

Stayed for 1 night with a friend. Room was much bigger than I had anticipated. Furnishing and interior design are a bit dated but the space is very comfortable. The hotel staffs are very courteous and helpful. It was raining on the evening of our arrival. We were able to borrow an umbrella from the hotel so that we can stay dry exploring the town at night.
