The breakfasts were great, with a continental as well as a variety of cooked egg breakfasts available. The hotel was cozy, no issues with the comfort. Somewhat difficult to find, but once you notice the knight statue it becomes routine. The beds were a good size, the bathrooms were good, worth the money. The staff was very helpful and professional. Answered all questions quickly. Went out of their way to find a taxi for me and my wife on a Sunday morning, which, was very difficult to do. The cleaning staff were also very professional. Great location. It has spectacular sights. Easy to explore. Centrally located. Cant say enough how this hotel helped in enabling me and my wife got to experience the best of Heidleberg. You walk out and the castle, river, and church are all there.

The restaurant was convenient and offered German food as well as excellent vegan dishes. The breakfast buffet was diverse and very well presented.
