I was in Blackpool for the marathon, so my main aim was a good night's sleep before the race, and Lee & Chris's Belvedere was great. Lee gave a very friendly welcome, the room was very comfortable (the bed was perfect) and the shower was good. It was very quiet at night and I slept extremely well despite pre-race nerves! The location is great, less than 10 minutes walk from Blackpool North Station and close to the seafront. I'll stay here again when I next come to Blackpool.

The room was very clean and tidy, just as descibed. Loved the new small bar area, found it very relaxing chatting to the friendly owners and some of the other guests. The breakfast was great. Plenty of street parking so no issues there. I travel all over the UK with my job, and would recommend this hotel for both business and families, not very often I give feedback unless it worth it. 10/10. Enjoyed my stay, will be back.

We loved the owners ❤️ very helpful, caring and trustworthy close to Winter Gardens, which was really important for us, when choosing location breakfasts were really tasty 😊 rooms clean with tv and bathroom in room

Loved the location. The owners were lovely and very friendly. The room was great very clean all through. The bar area was spot on with TV, pool table and fruit machine and a very nice atmosphere.
