The location was perfect. The trails and views were amazing . Transportation to town was really cheap and easy. The bus runs every 15 mins. Free parking with your stay. The rooms were really new with lots of storage space. Loads of power outlets. Very clean and tidy. Checking in and out was very simple. The staff were exceptional. 100% customer service. Alot better than hotels . Definately recommended to any Bath explorers.

The room we got was cosy, and set up when we arrived with the lights on, music playing and a bowl of water for the dog! Don’t often leave reviews, but this was such a lovely place to stay! Some gorgeous walks to be had in the surrounding areas and a short drive from the city, so perfectly located. Can’t fault it!

The surrounding is stunning and quiet, while being close to Bath. The hostess was really nice and recommended us to go to Lacock, a little town close by with nice musea etc. and where scenes from Harry Potter were filmed. Cleanliness of the room is a big plus as well.

Beautiful location, immaculately clean and comfortable and provided with lovely fresh farm produce for breakfast. Lots to do in the area and you are surrounded by stunning natural beauty. My wife and I had a lovely time just lounging around with coffee and a good book! There is lots of outdoor space with seating, and the kitchen facilities are excellent. Also the owner Paul was super friendly and had great recommendations for what to do locally.
