Location perfect for exploring, handy for station too.. Loved the building and the atmosphere, lovely to see part of Scarborough's heritage intact.Hosts were great very helpful and interesting, staff pleasant and obviously happy working at the Windmill. Will visit again.

Another wonderful stay at the Alma. Our second stay and we weren't disappointed. We stayed in the newly refurbished room 9, well done John & Julie, what a transformation. We loved the bar for socialising and met some lovely people. As always John and Julie were fantastic , nothing was too much trouble, always had a smile on their faces. John, yet again breakfast was unbelievable and apologies as on the last morning it did defeat me lol. Can not wait to return. Keep doing what you're doing because your doing it spot on.

The 200-year-old Mansion House has fresh flowers and antiques and en suite bedrooms with digital flat-screen TVs. Some of the rooms benefit from sea views.

Our most favorite place to stay in Scarborough. Located on the hill above the Scarborough Spa, with a fantastic views to the sea and the city. Excellent breakfast, feeling like at home.

The little touches in apartment were great: a dog box which included treats, towels, wipes, poo bags! Kitchen was fantastically equipped for cooking and also included extras like milk, salt, spices, coffee, tin foil etc. There was an iron, vac, hairdryer also at the property. Parking right outside, free with a pass from reception. Every member of staff were met was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Public areas have been recently redecorated and look very stylish and comfortable. Didn’t get chance to use the swimming pool but it looked clean and attractive. Big fridge and freezer which is really helpful if staying for longer.. Everything what you need for family holiday. We enjoy staying in there feels comfortable and cosy like home ❤️ Highly recommended and definitely will come back. Location is just perfect and stunning sea view from double bedroom 😍
