The property is stunning, clean lines, minimal aesthetic and wonderful location. The room was huge and the beds really comfortable. The staff are incredible, and the food, specifically breakfast is amazing. It's included in the price, which is usually an indicator that you will get the same menu every day. Not here, every breakfast was a different variety of delicious local cuisine. We booked the spa for an hour and had the Finnish sauna and plunge pools to ourselves. We looked at many options but I'm really glad we chose this one. Thanks everyone at Carpe Diem.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The common pool area was really amazing. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, they helped us with buses to all the locations we wanted to visit. Everything was perfect!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Petit Palace Suites. The beautiful caldera view from every part of the complex was magnificent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the candlelight dinner one evening which was a very special experience. We will definitely come back one day!

The views from the Room were fantastic, overlooking the blue waters. The room was comfortable, bathroom with tub was good and the Balcony to sit in and soak in the views. The Staff was particularly helpful with Parking, arranging a photographer, etc. The breakfast has good spread with very attentive staff. Good conversations as well.

They remind your preferences, so, I experienced a highly personalized experience. The owner of the hotel is extremely friendly but down-to-earth, accessible and overall a knowledgeable person.
