It’s a bit far from the city centre so having a car to reach it is a plus, though there is a shuttle bus going to and fro very often. From the moment we arrived at the Alfairi Hotel we did not stop smiling: the hotel is in a great neighborhood, very close to the shores of Lake Garda. There is ample parking around (no need to pay for parking at the hotel itself: get a hotel business card and then you can park for free on the street). The staff welcomed us warmly and all came together to meet the needs of our children - a larger and more comfortable room. All the staff do their utmost to make your stay at the hotel good: from finding help and booking tickets to nearby attractions, everyone is always smiling and willing to help answer any and every request of the guests. And that includes the front desk people, the shift supervisor, the maids, the kitchen people (waiters and chef) and everyone we met at the hotel and maybe forgot to register. The rooms are large, comfortable and equipped in a very comfortable and efficient way, but still give a homely and relaxed feeling. Wi-Fi is accessible and easy in all areas of the hotel. The water in the rooftop pool was too cold for bathing, but the facility was clean and tidy. The view from the roof is worth a climb to the third floor. . . The breakfast was really excellent, both in terms of supply, flavors, selection and quantity of everything. Anyone could find something really delicious to eat and be satisfied. We all left feeling like I wish we could have stayed longer at the hotel. We all hope to return. Highly recommend.
