We have stayed in many hotels. This was one of, if not, the finest 3-star hotel we have ever stayed in. After their recent remodel, they surely must be a pending 4-star hotel. What an amazing surprise to find the rooms and bathrooms very large, and so clean. This hotel has the finest upgrades. We were very impressed with the remodel. The breakfast was a feast! It too, was in a large, remodeled room. The food was great. And probably the most amazing was the very, very friendly staff, who treated us very professionally, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Great parking area next to the hotel. Great location near the lake and short walking distance to very nice restaurants and shopping.

Room was great and the balcony with the view to teh river was exceptional. The breakfast was rich and very tasty. The overall experience was like being in a movie in Italy.

The location as you enter old town overlooking the canal was outstanding, close to everything! The restaurant and bar were very convenient. Secure nearby parking as a sister hotel was perfect. The breakfast buffet had hot and cold items plus fresh orange juice. Good air conditioning, very clean, comfortable beds, dogs allowed.
