I spent only night at Residence La Gancia and I wish I spent more. It's located right at the heart of historical center of Trapani. A view from the 4th floor where breakfast is served in the morning (or drinks in the evening) is a sight for sore eyes. I watched sunset from there and it was absolutely magical. Staff was extremely nice and helpful and provided recommendations and pieces of advice whenever needed. They informed me about public parking before I arrived so I knew where to park and how to pay for the parking via an EasyPark app. Room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. I like the fact the room was facing the inner yard as it provided much needed silence after a busy day of traveling and sight-seeing. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety of options and great coffee. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is in the city center right on the pedestrian zone. I believe that there is no better place to stay in Trapani. The rooms in the apartment were huge, the equipment of the rooms was sufficient. Central Gallery Rooms is rated as an above-standard hotel in the given price category. The most valuable element of the hotel for me was the hotel staff - I have never met such nice people (I do not mean professional courtesy, but a really friendly approach) receptionists, breakfast staff and maids. If we return to Central Gallery Rooms, it will be mainly due to the amazing staff.

We had a noise problem with the first room but they changed to another quieter room immediately. A big public parking is just opposite of the hotel and no problem of finding a space. You have a nice panoramic view from the roof top terrace. A lot of selection of restaurants in just a few minutes walk and we enjoyed walking along the beach in the evening.

The location is amazing, close to all the action but in a quiet street. It had excellent air conditioning in the room. It was exceptionally clean, so kudos to the cleaning team as they do a brilliant job. The reception/other staff were friendly, helpful and lovely to deal with. Sadly the lack of room soundproofing was the only issue.

The interior design in the common areas of the hotel and the room is sublime. For a city hotel the room and bathroom are very spacious. And everything has been thought of in the room. The breakfast is very good with natural products. We highly recommend to stay in San Michele.

There is also an interior design shop right downstairs at the entrance to the marina with lovely and helpful staff (we bought two lamps!). And last but not least - comfort zone cosmetics that we find only in very unique places. It always brings good memories back :)
