Our apartment had a modern design and great facilities, but the hit was the direct access to the amazing garden belonging to the hotel. We were here in January and the heating was a big plus. Varied breakfast, all-day free coffee and cake. The staff was friendly and discrete. Location in a luxurious neighbourhood just 15 mins of an enjoyable walking to the sea, the park, the old town or even Boca del Infierno. Tip: you don't have to wake up at 9am to pay for the parking, you just top up the ticket at the end of the previous day. We really loved our stay!

Everything. From the start at Booking dear José Mascarenhas confirmed the stay and reached out to me to help with all the bookings and preparation for my 40th birthday celebration that was held at the Hotel. Boat trip, Lunch bookings and accommodations was all organized to satisfaction. This hotel is amazing. Fantastic spaces, great location and the service is absolutely the best. The Restaurant manager and his staff took excellent care of us specially during our celebratory lunch on may the 2nd at the terrace. My dress broke and the amazing Luca secretly passed me a sewing kit. We had amazing food, drinks and caviar. All we wanted they arranged. Made everyone feel special and taken care of. Vegan and Vegetarian options where great also. Whatever we needed during our stay was taken care of. We got the best rooms and had the absolute best experience ever. My guest and I highly recommend Albatroz and we will come back her every year from now on. This is a place in the heart of Cascais where everyone is welcome and where the service is exceptional. I cant thank everyone enough for making our stay so special. I am forever grateful.

The staff were truly amazing Gonzalo and Jeremy were extremely helpful and welcoming and made us feel at home in this awesome villa. The hotel has a system of communication via WhatsApp which makes it really convenient to ask for anything if needed. Breakfast is very delicious and healthy. Everyday a different breakfast special is offered. The location of the hotel is really optimal for exploring the village on foot.

Excellent facilities and friendly staff. Jaime at reception and Carlos at the bar were exceptional. The sommelier at the One Michelin star restaurant was informative about Portuguese wines

Pestaña Citadela Cascáis is a gorgeous hotel situated just adjacent to the marina and close to the old town. The room was very nice with a beautiful view over the water. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful.

Amazing location, everything was a short walk away. The room was clean and modern, the restaurant/bar/lounge was very nice, and the pool was warm enough to use even at the end of November.
