The location was right in Evora! There were restaurants and cafe's nearby, a pharmacy across the street and a little grocery store just steps away. The woman cleaning the hotel worked so hard! She was cleaning constantly! We loved the view over the square, the kitchen and the lounge areas. We didn't need to cook food but the kitchen was stocked with everything we would have needed. Check in and out was easy through the store downstairs.

It met and exceeded my expectation. It was a boutique hotel you would not except in the old section of town. Knowing it was a palace before being converted was a bonus. Location! Location is everything. You can see the aqueduct columns from your room, form every angle. Walking distance to the mideavel city, the churches, the restaurants, shopping.

It’s a high level modern hotel close to the center of Evora, the interior are of design and there’s a beautiful pool bar. The room is comfortable, so is the bathroom (despite the reviews about the lavabo dimensions). The breakfast is really large and varied , also if we found that some food like croissant or brioche seemed not so fresh (they we’re quiet dry). There’s a large parking area, so it’s a really comfortable stay if you are travelling by car.
