We were treated as good or better than any five star hotel. From parking our car, to personal attention at breakfast, which was a full breakfast included in the price, complimentary evening ports and a welcome that made us feel like their home was our home. This is now our go to place whenever we will be in Viana.Very spacious well appointed rooms with an enclosed deck overlooking the gardens, and so quiet at all times of the day.

They've asked us about our preferences and we were able to select what we would like to have for breakfast, avoiding food waste and meeting our requests, for example, lactose free milk and gluten free bread. The room was clean and comfy, the staff is really nice and polite. Excellent experience!
