Great room was massive and very clean, the staff were lovely and the breakfast every morning was great was nice having toast and freshly made fried eggs in the morning! They also let us leave our bags after we checked out as our flight was later that day. One of the best places we have stayed in Asia so far.

This is an amazing hotel! Clean, bright, sunny and shiny :) The staff is very, very friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect. The room is spacious and comfortable. Really HOT water in the shower (didn't believe this can be important until I got sick). Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at grandmas. The staff were so kind and helpful. Very warm and welcoming place with nice energy. Excellent location close to bus stop. They have very good scooters for rent to go explore chiang rai. Great value for money.
