Everything, ALL staff extremely efficient, friendly, helpful and respectful of covid precautions. All wore masks when serving or moving about the property. Clean everywhere, cleaning staff discrete and sheets, towels etc.. changed regularly. Friendly and always a friendly greeting, provided irons etc immediately. Waiting staff excellent, pool bar guys wonderful, reception staff friendly and gave wonderful recommendations. Thanks guys

I really liked the hotel. It is centrally located and walking distance to everywhere, restaurants and shopping. People at the front desk and owners are great and helpful as well as very pleasant. The music can be little loud during the weekend. It did not bother me. I loved the place it is a great value. The bed and shower is great.

Rooms are simple but have everything you need. The courtyard and grounds are really beautiful and you get a spectacular view of the sunrise. Breakfast was good.

the staff were extremely helpful, kind and professional. Ali, Ramazan and others which I do not recall their names, went even extra mile, managed my next route transport, managed for my two days stay, the best daily tours with really fair cost, thanks to Ali’s help, I could visit Pamukkale and Ephesius. I will definitely book my next route with their tour guide. Ali, thanks my man for all your help. Truly appreciate it. By the way, Ilayda Hotel had the best breakfast, honestly, prior to Ilayda, I stayed at three other hotels, and I can easily say that Hotel Ilaydas breakfast had at least twice different varieties of healthy choices.
