Very technologically advanced suites. Everything is via the Internet: communication, payment, password code is sent by email. Before check-in, the person at the online reception answered and resolved all our questions. The suites themselves are in a motel format and each has a parking space attached. The room has some European influence and is very cozy. Good cosmetics. Lovely bed. Fast Internet. In general, everything is great. We had a good time and recommend it!

Breakfast was delicious, creative, and served in a beautifully furnished dining room overlooking the red rocks of Sedona. The staff were efficient, friendly,, and were informative about the surrounding countryside. The location was breathtaking. In fact we drove the Sedona scenic loop and concluded the scene from the Penrose terrace was better. Everywhere in the house has huge windows overlooking the view.

I really liked our stay here! The breakfast choices were ample, loved the overnight oats and their black coffee. They also have coffee, tea and iced water available in the lobby all day. I really liked the balcony in our room wherein you can sit, read a book and enjoy the sceneries. The staff were also generally very helpful, there was one lady who seemed to be having a bad day when I checked out but I guess that’s normal.
