There was great communication with the owners and they were extremely amenable, allowing us to check in early as we were going to a wedding. The room was great. The shower was enormous. The owner thoughtfully put the heater on in the evening for us. The room was very spacious and well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was very comfy! There was a large wardrobe and lovely fluffy dressing gowns. There were also toiletries and a hairdryer available in the bathroom. We didn’t have breakfast as we decided to sleep in!

From our first meeting at check greeted by super friendly and very knowledgeable staff, after a very speedy check in we where directed to our room which exceeded our needs, a very comfortable bed in an spotlessly clean room. Would highly recommend staying here.

Set alongside a private lake and manicured gardens, Lincoln Downs Resort Batemans Bay features Briars restaurant, a tennis court and a swimming pool. All rooms have free WiFi. Beautiful place to stay so pretty and relaxing. From booking in right through to check out was very easy and reception staff friendly and helpful

Bay Stays Jervis Bay se nachází pouhých 5 minut chůze od písečné pláže Huskisson a nabízí samostatné ubytování s terasou, výhledem do zahrady a venkovním jídelním koutem. Like again, very well maintained and excellent location in the middle of the beach and shops. No need to drive there. Overall very satisfied with the place.

The room we had was perfect, I like the idea of the bedroom being separate from the rest of the room, location was spot on, close to everything and barely used the car.
