Located in the elegant Batel district, FULL JAZZ by Slaviero Hotéis provides a unique experience in a thematic ambiance specially created for music fans. Staff were friendly and helpful. My lack of Portuguese wasn't a problem. Some staff spoke English. The complimentary breakfasts were wonderful! The one evening meal I had in the bar/restaurant was delicious!

The service are the best, everything except the room was more than we think it’s maybe one of the best hotel we was. The room is good just there are exceptions that we mentioned below but really we didn’t feel it with hotel with facilities, service, beutifull like this

Location is amazing, walking distance to great dining options and with a nice view of the city and the river from the rooftop pool. Booked day tours directly at an agency table at the lobby. Staff was friendly, good breakfast.
