This small boutique and Design Hotel is a romantic hideaway located beneath Neuschwanstein castle 3km away from Füssen. What a delightful place!! If it weren't for a chance accident, I may never have found it!! Extremely comfortable, clean and well furnished, it has all the merits to be a top choice for Hohenschwangau!! What places it firmly there are the two ladies, Judith and Diyana!! They make you feel more special than you are, and you enjoy every moment of your stay!!

This family-run hotel offers free WiFi in all areas and rooms with balconies overlooking the Allgäu Alps. Honestly, everything was just so lovely. From the room to the restaurant, everything was so perfect. We appreciated the snacks in the room for us on our arrival and the gorgeous breakfast you prepared for us in the morning was just to die for. We regret staying only one night but next time, it will be for much longer.

This 4-star-superior hotel in Schwangau offers great views of the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles, a modern spa and beauty area, and a gourmet restaurant serving regional food. Very comfortable room, well equipped and good quality fittings, decor etc. The breakfast is exceptionally good, vast array of choice, the quality is very high and you sit in a room with floor to ceiling glass window doors while looking at Neuschwanstein. The pool and hot tub pass the flinch test for warmth, i.e. very pleasant and you can get into the pool discretely (this hotel has given thought to a lot of 'small details'). Plenty of bikes and choice of bikes are available. The location, for us, is perfect. The people? Exceptionally warm, helpful, friendly and come with a free sense of humour too. Impressed? Oh yes.

Just 2 km from Castle Neuschwanstein, the Luna Mia offers well-equipped apartments with free Wi-Fi and free parking spaces. They are located in the quiet Horn district of Schwangau. The apartment was arranged perfectly for what we needed, with a kitchen that had all of the basics we could have asked for. The seating area was generous and the views were lovely. The mattresses were very comfortable; probably the best we've had while traveling throughout Germany. Check-in and out was very efficient, the staff and owner were professional and personable. We look forward to staying with them again!

Directly on the pedestrian zone in Füssen’s old town, this traditional hotel offers free WiFi. It is 500 metres from Füssen Train Station, and 4 km from Neuschwanstein Castle. The facility looks new, clean and well maintained. Overall it’s a delightful and very comfortable stay. Breakfast is also superb!
