This is a really elegant hotel in an historic merchant's house, which has been beautifully converted without losing its character. I was given a warm welcome, even though I arrived earlier than expected and all the arrangements were explained very carefully. The hotel isn't staffed all the time but there are contact numbers available for out of hours support. Most of the rooms are on the first floor but help was provided with my luggage. There's a good supply of water, wine and other drinks which added to the experience.

An excellent hotel in a very old and intetesting building. Top refurbished into an old and very nice style. Everything very ok from the reseption, via restaurant down to the nice cellar bar.

A perfect location for those in search for comfort and learning - cosy and full of marine artefacts (not only decorations). Pure pleasure of a tourist. And I'm still sad that I didn't have that sparkling wine for breakfast. I will definitely come back.

This hotel is centrally located in Lübeck, directky next to the IHK Lübeck Service Centre, 350 metres from the main station and 600 metres from the historic Holstentor gate. The check in was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Shower was a good size. My husband had breakfast which was plentiful.

Cheguei 2h antes do check-in e logo à chegada fui recebido por um acolhedor "Olá". A recepcionista perguntou-me se queria água ou um café enquanto faziamos o check--in. Ao fim de 15m disponibilizaram-me o quarto. Quarto pequeno mas muito agradável e o sossego é absoluto. Pequeno-almoço básico, saboroso mas com pouca variedade.

We were very happy that we picked this hotel to stay at. The staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was super clean. The room was great! Our 2 kids slept well on the sofabed. The bathroom has lots of counter space, the rain shower is SO NICE! Also there are many outlets available. But what we liked best about this room was the low lighting that turned on at night when we had to go to the bathroom or early in the morning before the kids woke up. Great feature! The breakfast has every possible food you can think of. They also offer pan fried eggs and omelets made to order.
