This hotel had everything imaginable to make any vacation enjoyable and comfortable! The maintenance of all aspects was tip top perfection.

After a very warm welcome, we entered the apartments. They look even better than on the pictures, and have very nice ambiance, that perfectly matches the black forest. We had a 2 day stay only to visit the Rhine waterfalls in Schaffhaussen, Triberg and Feldberg (for some snow). The town nearby (900m) has a nice supermarket. Our host offered to bring fresh buns every morning, which is a good start of the day.

It offers free Wi-Fi, a daily breakfast and an international library. spectacular location with staff who went out of their way to help us! our room was so beautiful with dark out curtains! They even stored our bicycles in the cellar! Breakfast was amazing!

The quality of the room I had (new building) rivalled that of some 5-star, big brand hotels I stayed in. Impeccably clean, fitted with high quality materials and decorated with care. Very polite and professional staff. I really enjoyed the breakfast.
