The rooms at Hotel Volkschule are designed in a modern style, featuring cable TV and an en suite bathroom. Best place of my four week tour and very relaxing. Clean room with a large shower. Supermarket is next door. Parking is safe away from the street. Great people working there and the building is exciting. Works well as a hotel. Definitely would visit again.

Excellent breakfast, the kids loved the pool and we did everything by foot from the hotel. I surely recommend. Staff was super friendly and helpful too.

Quiet, safe and close to train station... Nothing is far away if you use the train. Walking distance to the beautiful lake which has some fantastic places to eat. The room is spotless and well equipped...there is a cupboard in the hallway and you just help yourselves to extra towels, toilet rolls, bedding etc if you need it. Would definitely return to Apartment 040 if we visit hamburg again.
