This is a great hotel in the West End that's super convenient to public transportation, too. The beds and room were very comfortable and of a decent size and the breakfast was outstanding. There were many options for me, and I avoid dairy and gluten. Due to prior, paid-for reservations, I moved at a luxury hotel downtown and regretted leaving the ease and convenient location of this hotel. The neighborhood here feels very safe and walking around after dark to go to the West End restaurants is a big benefit of this location.

Our room was ready and available for us when we arrived. Lovely and clean with reception available for our queries. Treble glazing kept any potential noise out. Nice to have a stocked fridge too. Wonderful breakfast in the morning too. Highly recommend.
