Located in Cangas del Narcea in Asturias, Parador de Corias is set in an 11th century monastery. It offers an exhibition area including archaeological remains from the original structure. What a hidden gem! I loved everything about this place. Comfortable, spacious room. Beautiful building. I highly recommend the tour! we visited the winery next door which was lovely. So much history and beauty. Delicious food. My first Parador. Definitely not my last.

Located in Ribadesella, Hotel Villa Rosario II features free WiFi, air conditioning and heating. The property is just 50 metres from Santa Marina Beach and 150 metres from Punta del Arenal Beach. Everything was excellent from arrival to departure. The restaurant was perfect. We had a beautiful lunch and the next day a breakfast that was the best of our total holiday. We plan to go back. The Michelin Star was well deserved

Amazing! Incredible views! Super clear instructions on how to arrive. Excellent staff. Hanna was extremely kind and attentive. Couldn’t say anything more positive!

Hotel Rural Playa de Aguilar is located in Muros de Nalón, 1 km from Playa de Aguilar Beach. This charming hotel is set in a colonial house surrounded by gardens. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful town with a beautiful view. The room was spacious and very cozy, with a very nice garden/terrace. Rojelio was very nice and welcoming, and with a lot of knowledge about history. He gave us a lot of interesting and useful information about the area and places to visit. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Overlooking the Navia River, Naviega Guest House is just 500 metres from the centre of the village of Navia. A small beach surrounded by pine trees on the Asturian Coast is 2.5 km away. Beautifully clean and comfortable Friendly staff Breakfast delicious- an array of fresh fruit cheese hams pastries

Offering sea views and rooms with free Wi-Fi, Hotel La Colina is set on the edge of Gijón’s Providencia Park. Set 5 km from the city centre, it is just 200 metres from Serín Beach. Everything. It was one of the most beautiful coastlines of Spain. The beds were comfy, the shower and bath wonderful and the staff so kind. They run a cafeteria as well and the food was great. Felt like we were getting home cooked meals. Alucia was incredibly helpful with directions to Gijon and where the best sites and typical food would be. We loved it and would come back again if ever in this part of the world.

Casa Asprón is a traditional stone house in Covadonga, surrounded by trees and nature. All spacious rooms have a TV, Wi-Fi connection and fully-equipped bathroom with hairdryer. Excellent breakfast with great variety and nutritional value. The location was lovely along the river and a view of the cathedral/basilica. A five minute walk from other restaurants around the village and parking out front. If you do not have a vehicle they personally call the taxi service. Great place and great owners. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a home away from home on their way up to the lakes or a weekend in Covadonga.
