Hotel Mar de Fisterra is set in Fisterra, at the end of Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route and less than 50 metres from Langosteira beach. We liked everything about this property. We arrived early to a very welcoming Sara at the front desk. She spoke English well enough to not only understand us but made an effort to communicate answers to questions we had. She let us check in early and leave our bags in a side room so we could explore the area. Sara gave us directions to lunch suggestions, sights, groceries, laundry and beach while also cleaning and getting ready for new guests. Upon our return to check in to our room we were excited to open the door and see the unbelievable view of the beach, mountains, ocean, etc. The room was clean, comfortable and full of amenities. We had a wonderful walk on the beach and saw the many sights including the evening walk out to the lighthouse (Sara gave us suggestions, taxi # if we wanted to use it) Breakfast the next morning was included. Perfect selection of everything you would want to start the day with Sara’s friendly personality serving things up. Highly recommend this place because of the staff, location, comfort, cleanliness, amenities, and the VIEW! Breathtaking!!! We have stayed in many, many places on our Camino from Porto to Santiago. Hotel Mar de Fisterra is definitely #1. Thank you! We will tell others and hopefully return ourselves. 👍❤️👣

Casa de Caldelas is a restored 18th-century building located in the historic village of O Castro de Caldelas, 45 km from Ourense. The hotel is in a magnificent old building and the modernization is lovely

This hotel is located just 5 minutes’ walk from Santiago de Compostela Cathedral. It offers a 24-hour reception, award-winning design and stylish rooms with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The room was big, very clean and confortable. The breakfast was very special. The staff was very friendly. Would for sure stay there again.

It was really clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also perfect, it’s very central and 5 minutes walk to the cathedral

Convento de San Benito is a restored convent, set in the pretty Galician fishing port of A Guarda. The spacious rooms all have a french balcony, a minibar and a safe. This place is truly impressive. It’s worth changing your travel plans just to be able to stay here. The 16-century convent is rich in character and colour, filled with authentic artefacts, yet so comfortable! Our room was a wonderful combination of vintage furniture and modern-day comfort. Very quiet. The bathroom was pristine, with new, modern fixtures. The lobby, common areas and cloister are beautiful. The friendly staff welcome you with a glass of port wine and cookies. Location is perfect too. Great value for money. We absolutely loved it!

Situated in the heart of Santiago de Compostela, this small, friendly hotel offers some of the city’s most affordable accommodation. Very central location, literally 2 minutes walking for the Cathedral. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and the staff was delightful! Breakfast available for only 7euros. Had an amazing stay and really recommend it.
