Set in a renovated Breton-style house, this family-run B&B is located in Beauvoir, 3 km from Mont-Saint-Michel. With a 3000-m2 flowered park, it features en suite rooms with antique furniture and free Wi-Fi. Cosy guesthouse with amazing staff. Breakfast is superb, with home made jams, yogurt and flan! We really liked that it's away from the bustling area, but not too far either. Parking space is good. Room was very clean. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Situated in Bacilly, 43 km from Saint Malo, Château de Chantore is set in 18 hectares of land and features a sun terrace and views of the lake. There is also a wooded park which is home to woodland animals such as deers. Free WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site. Chateau de Chantore was a perfect dreamlike stay. We loved the property and the efforts which both the hosts have put in it is visible in each and everything. From the grounds, to the room and to the breakfast everything was just perfect. Hosts are extremely friendly and nice people. Highly recommended property. Must visit!!

Decorated in neutral tones, all rooms feature exposed beams, wooden floors and facilities for making coffee and tea. The bathroom is complete with free toiletries, a hairdryer and a shower. Everything in this small place is absolutely amazing! Rarely one can enjoy such atmosphere in a place like this. Firstly, on arrival there is a perfect parking spot in front of a hotel, just on a main street. The owner is meeting you with a friendly attitude, offer a drink and accompanying you to your room. The rooms are so well furnished, with a remarkable taste and sense. You can enjoy also the garden. The garden itself is absolutely well maintained and decorated. There are several sunbeds where you can relax in the tranquility. The owner offered me a free drink again. I enjoyed an ice cold French beer, which made my mood in the warm evening. What about the breakfast? Well, you will probably feel like her majesty The Queen, at least. It is difficult to explain how the table was arranged.... Moreover, the breakfast itself was great... fresh croissants and French baguettes, butter, several types of jams, ham, cheese, orange juice, just made hot coffee or tea. When your cup of coffee is empty, immediately another cup is offered..... To make the long story short I would say that in this place every client is treated as a special personal guest of the owner! Strongly recommended!

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, A L'Ombre du Mont St Michel is a B&B located in the countryside of Huisnes-sur-Mer, just 2 km from the Mont Saint-Michel. Free WiFi access is available throughout. The location is perfect for exploring Mont Saint Michel. As we came by public transport, the hosts very kindly lent us their own bikes. :) The house is not in "traditional" style but has a lot of open space and is absolutely cozy. Breakfast is homemade and amazing!

Set on a 6000 m² park, La Pluie de Roses is located in Giverny, just a 15-minute walk from the Impressionism Museum and Claude Monet’s house. It offers free WiFi, a shared veranda offering books and views of the flowered garden. Spacious grounds with lovely garden and seating areas. Generous breakfast. Our host Luciano was welcoming and helpful with our inquiries.

Set in the Sainte Catherine area in the historic centre of Honfleur, La Petite Folie offers self-catering accommodation a 2-minute walk from the town's charming Old Harbour. Each accommodation type is accessible by a staircase. Location is in the middle of the historic centre but it is quiet. The manager was warm and accommodating. She even baked a cake and gave us tea when we arrived. The rooms were magnificent, charming, comfortable with beautiful views. Just perfect for us.

Located in the centre of Bayeux, the Domaine de Bayeux is set in an 18th century house featuring a tree-lined park. There are guest rooms in the main building and a further 11 air-conditioned designer bedrooms available in the extension of the orchard, each with private terrace or balcony. We stayed in the main building and loved it, it has so much charm about it but the best part where the staff so helpful and always smiling and happy. The breakfast is wonderful. The location is great a very short walk to everything in town and only a short drive to the beaches of D Day.
