Situated a 2-minute walk from Honfleur port, this former convent dating from the 17th century has been converted into a B&B set over 2 levels and offers en suite rooms with LCD TVs and free WiFi... Nice garden area(weather permitting). VG breakfast, wifi. Clean and nicely decorated. Great location- highly recommended. Owner speaks very good English. Parking is close but offsite.

Everything was perfect! The prettiest place for stay. Breakfast is amazing, feels like at your grandma’s home.

The grounds were beautiful with walking paths to see the horses and peacocks. There were bench around to sit and enjoy. We had a wonderful friendly greeting with a tour and description the house and amenities. Then we got to the room. Where to start! We had a beautifully decorated room with a beautiful view and the bathroom was massive! A clawfoot tub but also a modern shower and double vanity. Everything was very clean and well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised how very comfortable everything was! Sometimes with antique furniture it isn't well renovation but this wasn't the cast! The chairs and bed were all very comfortable. Breakfast was a work of art. It was an incredible placing with attentive staff and the food was good. I would very highly recommend.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, A L'Ombre du Mont St Michel is a B&B located in the countryside of Huisnes-sur-Mer, just 2 km from the Mont Saint-Michel. A gorgeous little place in the countryside. The small breakfast provided was delicious, and the host was very helpful. I got to meet both the resident cat and dog, and they were friendly. I was able to walk to the hotel from Monte Saint Michelle, which took me a bit (approx. 1.25 hrs), but it was a pleasant day. I booked an early train back to Paris, and the host was able to help me figure out transportation to the station (train/bus/rental car recommended).

Set on a 6000 m² park, La Pluie de Roses is located in Giverny, just a 15-minute walk from the Impressionism Museum and Claude Monet’s house. Magnificent home in a serene setting. The owners and their little dog were a joy to meet. The famous omelette was delicious. Lovely walk to Claude Monet's home and gardens. Thank you for a beautiful first visit to Giverny.
