The Mason Arms is located on Devon’s Jurassic Coast, just a 10-minute walk from Branscombe Beach. Our 10/10 stay at this place started the night we arrived. After a somewhat harrowing drive in the dark/rain/fog down a tiny road we were exhausted. The lovely man (Dan who it turns out was just filling in but did a bang up job) at the check in just took us straight to our (out of this world) room and said "Check in in the morning, no problem" and handed us a pot of cream (... this is for your coffee/tea). The room itself was huge and gorgeous with a full sitting room area, mini kitchen and a giant king sized bed that was so comfortable I would still be there if I could. The bathroom had a great shower and a giant bath tub. We stumbled across to the pub and (although it was past kitchen closing) the chef made us a lovely salmon dinner. Things just got better from there - gorgeous full breakfasts, lovely dinners, kind and caring staff EVERYWHERE. The town is tiny but stunning with plenty of interesting historical buildings and great hikes both around the area and over to the next town (charmingly called Beer). Thank you to Dan, Sophie, Connor and Hannah for making our stay so incredibly special.

The Lincombe Hall Hotel & Spa - Just for Adults is situated just a short walk away from the Marina, harbour and centre of Torquay with its many bars and restaurants. Everything! What a gem. Loved stayng there, so relaxing. Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Wonderful place.

The Hoops Inn & Country Hotel is a Grade II listed property nestled within unspoilt countryside and 5 minutes’ drive from a scenic coastal walk. Exceptional value. Terrific staff and food.

Just a 12-minute walk from the sea and around a 5-minute walk to Torre Abbey, Marmalade Bed & Breakfast is located in an historic part of Torquay. Free WiFi access is available. We liked everything about Marmalade. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable bed, the room was very high standard. Suzy and Paul's attention to detail really showed and made our stay unforgettable. They are v warm and friendly people and extremely knowledgeable about the area. We'd definitely stay here again.
