Very good location, 5 minute walk from the train station, clean and safe place, delicious breakfast came with full of choices, beachfront, silent, the room has smart tv, comfy beds for family, fast wifi, large private bathroom. The room had everything we needed. Mini fridge, clean bedding, nice reading table with chairs, some delicious cookies, tea, coffee, etc. We stayed as a family (2 adults, 1 kid) and the place and service were beyond our expectation. Very clean facility, decent and friendly people, many thanks to lovely family business runners, Sue and John. The place is in a stone throw distance to the beach. You simply step out and find yourself at the beach. No traffic, no noise. We don't have a car, but I have seen people wlth cars so parking shouldn't be a hassle. We strongly recommend this place.

Overlooking Weymouth Bay, No. 98 Boutique Hotel is a newly refurbished Grade II listed Georgian townhouse with free WiFi access. Our room was lovely. Beautifully decorated and such thought and attention to detail went into it. Delicious breakfast and loved chatting to Derek.

Very quiet which aided a great night's sleep. The cooked breakfast in the mornings was delicious and very filling. Simon and Rosie are very attentive and we look forward to staying here again. Location wise it was perfect for us as 10 min drive to weymouth sea front with lots of other places to visit within driving distance. Thank you for a great stay.

Just a few seconds’ walk from Weymouth’s pretty harbour, The Wadham provides stylish en suite rooms. We absolutely loved our visit to The Wadham and truly appreciated the excellent communication from Tracie and Ian prior to our visit- especially with support for parking. Our room was beautifully appointed with comfortable bed and excellent facilities. From the time we were welcomed until checkout we felt so welcome - thank you to Tracie and Ian for a very special visit to Weymouth! Would highly recommend!
