Situated just a 7-minute walk from London Liverpool Street Station, Batty Langley's features beautiful rooms with antique furniture, heavy silk curtains and quirky bathrooms. Located in a cobbled street in London's trendy Spitalfields, the iconic Gherkin building is 13 minutes' stroll away and Old Spitalfields Market is a 3-minute walk away. The staff is so friendly and helpful, a huge thanks to all of them for their kindness. The hotel itself is a jewel in the heart of La City, decorated with incredibly good taste and make you feel good and cosy instantly. We can’t wait to come back.

Featuring the body-contouring-technology ‘Shangri-La Bed’, rooms include a TV, coffee machine, complimentary WiFi and a set of binoculars. Where do I begin? Everything in this hotel is perfect. I can't fault anything. We were very much looked after the moment we checked in until we checked out. Friendliness and great staff are second to none.

London Bridge can be reached via train in just 8 minutes’ from Greenwich Station. The hotel is perfectly situated, with Greenwich Park about 10 minutes and the nearest DLR station about 5 minutes away on foot. In two blocks, there is also an excellent Turkish grocery store where you can get anything you might need. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help us both on the check-in and during the stay. The room was just the right size, spotlessly clean and very quiet, with the kitchenette having all the necessary amenities and more, including a microwave, a capsule coffee machine, a set of pots and pans and a dishwasher, although I cannot imagine anyone using the latter, given that there were only two sets of tableware. Overall, two thumbs up!

With a stylish black-and-white theme, each en suite bedroom has a handmade mattress, air-conditioning and luxury bedding. There are on-demand movies, Bose music systems and marble bathrooms with bathrobes and Floris' toiletries. Service is spectacular, room and room service/ turn down is very very well done (fire on when you return from your evening out!)

The Fox And Goose Hotel is only 5 minutes' walk from Hanger Lane Underground Station (Central Line), a 15-minute drive from Wembley Stadium/Arena, and 30 minutes from Central London by public transport. Excellent room, very clean. Excellent breakfast. Very convenient to have a pub next to the hotel with a discount.

Dating back to the 19th century, the Milestone Hotel Kensington is ideally located for designer shopping, sightseeing, and enjoying London's superb range of entertainment. The Victoria and Albert Museum is just 1 mile away and the world-famous Harrods Department Store is within an 8-minute walk. An extremely charming building and decoration that took us back in time in London. The staff is superb. Location could not be better.

This boutique hotel boasts luxurious, individually decorated rooms, with satellite TV and movies. Some rooms have beautiful marble bathrooms. I have not stayed in this exact location before. I have been a fan of hotels located in Mayfair or close to Harrods. I decided to have a change. No regrets. One reason is that arrived by train at Euston Station and the hotel is an easy 12-minute walk even with large suitcase. It is located in a street of typical Regency styled houses and is easy to miss because there is no large neon advertising sign in front of the hotel. This reflects the hotel. Effective and efficient service with a smile from room service to the bar. Bar was kept open for those late-night drinkers without any hint from the staff that it is time to go to bed. British museum and convent Garden are an easy 5 and 12 minute walk respectively. Tottenham court road is your nearest tube station. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs with food within 15 minutes of the hotel so there is no need to jump into a taxi. Bed was very comfortable with a turn down service in the evening. I was pleased that cups and saucers were provided together with a kettle so you could make coffee or tea for yourself. There was an area where could relax and read the paper. An inner courtyard reflected the location and added to the character of this particular hotel. A doorman was always on watch to help new arrivals with their luggage. I have stayed in a number of London Hotels over the years. I have now discovered a new one that I happy to place at the top of my list to stay at next time i visit London.
