From walking into reception to checking out, our stay was perfect! The staff, room and breakfast were better than expected. Underground is only a 5 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend!

The salary should be fair, I have an impression that they enjoy their work very much. The service of the hotel is the best one I've experienced so far. They do their best to meet our needs. My room is only 15 square meters, however the cell is very high therefore I do not feel it is small. I love its stylish Victorian style decor and over all were clean. Morning breakfast are two options, British full breakfast also continental breakfast. I've tried both and love them. Location is perfect in the Bloomsbury area. Great access to underground as well as bus stations, shopping, China town, the British Museum, theathers and National Gallery I can reach them all by walking. The street of the hotel is very clean and peaceful. There are live jazz in the hotel bars, but I have not tried. would love to try next time. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Thank you very much for a wonderful 6 night stay!
