Yolandi and Jacques went above and beyond to provide a perfect stay in their charming B&B. The room was perfect with a very comfy bed & excellent facilities. Everywhere was spotless with the room being cleaned and tea/coffee/etc replaced each day. There were lots of added touches with little extras at the start and end of the stay and the hosts were even kind enough to leave a birthday card & present when they realised it was my birthday! The breakfast choice was wonderful, with everything cooked freshly and served quickly.

On Queens Promenade in Douglas, Edelweiss Guest House is a long-established guest house with sea views. It is only a 5-minute walk from the Manx Electric Railway and Horse Tram Terminus. I didn't expect so much about this place but I was really surprised. I like everything.

Exceptional service. The staff were very helpful, being my first time on the Island, they made my experience great.

We had been ungraded - lovely surprise - and had a one bedroom apartment with separate bedroom, sitting / dining room, kitchen and bathroom. We had booked, essentially, a "bed sit". It really enhanced our stay as I have been ill and sleep a lot. It enabled my husband to have somewhere else to sit and read. Location was perfect, overlooking the sea and very central. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is a really relaxing and comfortable place to stay

Struttura fronte mare affacciata su Douglas Bay e su Douglas Beach, l'Ellan Vannin Hotel si trova a 1 minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia, a circa 5 minuti a piedi dal terminal dei traghetti e dalla... We opted out of the breakfast, poor quality and hopeless coffee service, antiquated coffee maker. Asked for a refund on breakfast costs. Said they would refund?
