Very homely, great room, great location (short walk to the beach) and a fantastic host, who provided lots of useful guidance and suggestions for our visit. And breakfast was amazing too. Offering views of the nearby sailing boats, Villa Rothsay Hotel is located in Cowes, Isle of Wight. Free WiFi access is available, as well as free parking. Excellent breakfast. Better than that at the Royal Hotel in Ventnor, Isle of Wight. Also, Margaret gave me a list to the ferry terminal.

Ward Avenue B&B is just 5 minutes’ walk from Cowes High Street and its port, where ferries leave for Southampton. This charming guest house offers attractive rooms and a full English breakfast. Hosts are so nice! They served very good English breakfast and room is clean and cozy! everything is perfect🥰

The Enchanted Manor is a family-run bed and breakfast on the south coast of the Isle of Wight. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Enchanted Manor. The hotel was lovely, and the customer service and friendliness from the hotel owner Peta and her staff was second to none. The food was divine - it was a vegetarian menu, and though my husband and I do eat meat at home, we certainly didn't miss it during our stay. The garlic mushrooms on toast for breakfast was a particular highlight! Peta in particuarly was extrememely knowledgable about the Isle and gave lots of good tips and suggested places to visit when we asked - as newcomers to the Isle of Wight we were extremely grateful. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accomodating, and there were little touches everywhere of just small things to make your stay more comfortable - from DVDs to borrow, to a little fridge in the room to store bottled water and milk for your morning tea, as well as thoughtful bathroom additions. Our booked room was upgraded on arrival to a suite as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the team thoughtfully gave us a bottle of sparkling wine and a card as well. There was one small issue during our stay - the boiler stopped working properly a few days in to our stay, which led to occaisionally not getting baths or showers when we wanted. However the team tried to resolve as best they could until someone could fix it so we always did manage to get to shower - and they gave us a lovely gift at the end of our holiday to apologise for the hot water issue.

In the seaside town of Cowes, on the Isle of Wight, this B&B offers free Wi-Fi and free parking on site. With a conservatory breakfast room and a terraced garden, it is a 10-minute drive from Newport.... Excellent in every respect. Paula was such a lovely host. Would stay again whenever we are in Cowes.

Rockstone Cottage is set on the picturesque Isle of Wight, just 3 minutes’ walk from the sandy beach of Colwell Bay. Clean. Good breakfast with plenty of tasty options both hot and cold. Denise and Matt were very friendly and helpful.

The Bell Lodge is a 5-minute walk from the beach and seafront restaurants in Sandown. There is free private forecourt parking and free WiFi throughout the building. We had a really nice stay and would come back any time. Great hosts, nice breakfast and a great location close by the beach and a couple of stores and restaurants. Easy to reach by train as well.

Fernbank offers superb bed and breakfast accommodation. This intimate property is with on-site parking, it is just a 10-minute walk from the Shanklin's cliff tops and beach. The Fernbank was excellent. Cleanliness 10 out of 10. Breakfast more than enough.

With beautiful sea views from the esplanade in Cowes, The Woodvale provides stylish accommodation on the Isle of Wight’s northern coast. The hotel is well situated overlooking the Solent and its spectacular sunsets. The garden terrace area overlooking the Solent has been expanded since I was last there and is now almost tripled in size. The food menu has also been expanded and is good value for money.

Set in attractive gardens, The Havelock offers a Mediterranean-style pool and en suite rooms, some have a sea view. There is some free private parking, and the seafront is close by. Being a smaller hotel ii felt like living La Dolce vita a really good life
