El Highfield ofrece vistas maravillosas al lago y a la montaña y cuenta con aparcamiento privado. Las hermosas habitaciones incluyen baño privado y set de té y café. Wonderful settings, located right in front of the lake promenade start, with a beautiful view towards the mountains and even the lake. Also very close to Keswick city center. The room was very comfortable, the lounge area was as well. Very good breakfast. I definitely recommend the Highfield.

Esta hermosa casa victoriana está situada en una zona tranquila entre Windermere y Bowness, a solo 1,6 km del lago Windermere. Rooms were small, but very clean and comfortable. The staff and the breakfast were both excellent.

The Hare and Hounds, Levens está en Levens, a 18 km de Parque temático World of Beatrix Potter, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, terraza y restaurante. The guidebook in the room was very helpful and provided information about things to do in the Lake District area, by foot or car. I took a 45 minute walk around the nearby farm and enjoyed quiet, scenic views. The unit we stayed in consisted of a large living room, full kitchen, bedroom, and bath with shower and tub. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, both meals were scrumptious. There was a great vibe at dinner and it was clear that this is not just a spot for guests, but also popular with the locals. Parking was available just across the street. We would definitely stay here again.
