Lovely boutique hotel in a gorgeously leafy part of the City. Staff were super friendly and there were wonderful personal touches such as homemade cake and macaroons left in our room and a glass of fizz at cocktail hour. We have already booked the same room again for when we are next in Sheffield.

Hodgkinsons Hotel Matlock Bath is set in Matlock Bath, just outside the beautiful Peak District National Park. Thel owner's Chris,Zoe and their staff have kept this hotel very quirky and welcoming,beautiful victorian decor. Really comfortable beds ( best sleep in a long time ) The breakfast is amazing with plenty of choice and very good menu for evening meals. Looking forward to our next visit 😀

Hosts were so welcoming, wonderful traditional breakfast & cake in the evenings. Very clean and comfortable.

He is friendly with loads of stories and information and can tell you all about the boats. Our first visit to Sheffield, an interesting city with lots of history and many restaurants, pubs and historical sights. We hope to be back!
